We are searching for a Controller who is competent, professional and can add value to the Finance team with providing a strong working knowledge of Finance practices. We will fill this role either in Frankfort, NY or Louisville, KY. The primary mission of a Controller is to oversee the ongoing accounting processes, controls, and reporting functions of the Organization. This includes budget development, and financial analysis. In addition, this position is responsible for the overall activities of the accounting and credit functions and the internal and external activities of record keeping and reporting.
Expectations of the Controller:
- Oversee the daily activities of the accounting and credit/collection departments.
- Review, monitor and perform the company's cash management functions and reports, including daily bank funding and approving wire transfers or other payments for import vendors.
- Responsible for working with executive management and team leaders to prepare the annual company and departmental budget.
- Oversee the monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. Prepare the monthly financial reporting package.
- Authorize and sign any Accounts Payable company checks as needed..
- Serve as corporate liaison with Independent Auditors and Internal audit teams, direct the gathering of information related to these audits. Perform periodic internal controls to test the company's accounting systems.
- Prepare certain financial reports required by company management and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee the fixed asset and depreciation system and monitor the recording of new assets and the disposal of assets.
- Work with insurance agent to provide adequate insurance coverage to protect the company against property and liability losses.
- Assist in development and implementation of company-wide accounting policies and procedures.
- Work with management to monitor and dispose of any unusable inventory.
Skills and Experience we like to see:
- Required to have a Bachelor's degree in the Financial or Accounting fields.
- MBA in Finance or Accounting field and/or CPA preferred.
- Must have 7-10 years of experience in the Financial or Accounting field, including 4-5 years of supervisory experience.
- A strong understanding of Accounting principles, practices and procedures.
- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
- Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office programs including; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to be organized, thorough and accurate.
- Maintain confidentiality with company related issues and materials.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygiene Technician

JOB SUMMARY
The Industrial Hygiene Technician will work with the 3M site Industrial Hygienists to identify potential hazards associated with various industrial processes. The IH Technician will work to maintain a safe and healthy work environment in a chemical/manufacturing plant. The position will be located in Decatur, AL and will be a remote reporting role.
Our ideal hire will....
Conduct Industrial Hygiene monitoring surveys (Air monitoring/sampling, wipe sampling, bulk sampling, heat stress monitoring, noise monitoring)
Conduct real-time monitoring (Noise, CO, Formaldehyde, etc.)
Follow Industrial Hygiene sampling plan and order sampling media
Schedule sampling events and conduct monitoring
Prepare and ship samples to required laboratory for analysis
Enter data into centralized computer system and use data to prepare reports
Track and manage Industrial Hygiene equipment, send equipment out for calibrations or calibrate in-house
Manage respiratory fit-test program and provide supplied air training
Help manage site Ventilation Management Program
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Risk analysis skills - capable of hazard and risk identification, assessment, and controls; communicate risks and methods to reduce risk
Possess problem solving skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow good documentation practices and adapt to changing schedules
Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be results-orientated and highly productive
Relative proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Requirements:

We are searching for a competent and experienced Program Manager.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of processes and employees representing Würth onsite at a customer location in Gainesville, GA. This position, while being the customer facing sales representative, will also manage onsite Inventory Management Representatives and manage materials data maintenance.
Expectations of the Program Manager:
- Manages, prioritizes and directs the day to day at a customer site.
- Oversees the work of the onsite Inventory Management Representatives.
- Motivates all associates encouraging optimum productivity.
- Manages materials data maintenance.
- As a customer facing sales representative maintains constant focus on the customer and directs all activities towards providing the highest level of customer service to create an optimum customer experience in every situation.
- Processes customer quote requests.
- Places purchase orders and expedites for spot buys.
- Performs order entry of consignment replenishment and discrete orders.
- Suggests changes in work processes to increase overall efficiencies.
- Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information concerning developments and trends in the industry, changes in business situations, statistical trends and proposes process changes if appropriate.
Skills and Experience we like to see:
- Prior Management experience with having worked in a similar role is required.
- Leadership capability to successfully manage at the customer’s location with strong coaching and delegating skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written form.
- Strong administrative, planning and organizing skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.

Würth MSM Division is in search of a dedicated and responsible Full-Time Warehouse Team Leader for our Riverside, MO location. The primary responsibility for this position is to manage the workflow and the associates within the Receiving/Replenishment and Shipping areas.
The hired candidate will have the ability to lead the day to day Warehouse operations. These operations include but are not limited to: Receiving, Put Aways, Unloading, Replenishing, Inventory Control, Returns, Helpdesk, Transfers and Reporting. Will also assist with Training new hires.
Our ideal candidate will work alongside the associates performing all responsibilities associated with the warehouse. It is also important to have the ability to initiate and direct the workflow to increase efficiencies and guide and motivate the team. Knowledge of safety procedures and all quality checks within the warehouse is a plus.
Working Schedule is Monday-Friday
