This doesn't reflect poorly on squenchers the product is a quality product, however after receiving the package it was noticed that one or more of the packets were broke open or punctured, still in the original manufacturers packaging and had leaked onto the Crews 18" Kevlar ANSI cut sleeves and are now stained purple. the shipping packaging wasn't damaged at all so it was boxed up the same way I received it Also the way my corporate Credit card was billed was absolutely confusing. The invoice I received for the total order cost didn't match the total I was charged, not very pleased. Shipping multiple orders instead of sending it all at once, cost about $100 more then it needed to. Why send one box of the squenchers by its self? It turned a $18 purchase and made it a $38 purchase and those extra shipping costs add up and don't reflect on the invoice which is going to make it difficult to explain to the corporate office what those charges are for. Also no candy WTH.

My guys love the ease of grabbing the packets, filling them with cold water, and enjoying a quick refreshment after working in the heat. I like the fruit punch and grape, but my guys aren't too picky. They love most of the flavors that we've tried. We don't have a large staff, so the individual packets work best for us.
