OSHA Honors Fallen Workers on Workers Memorial Day
Workers Memorial Day honors those whose lives have been impacted by occupational incidents, illness, and diseases. Families, workers, labor unions, and advocates will gather in Washington, DC and in communities across the country to fight for improved worker safety and to educate all on the importance of workplace safety to prevent further tragedies.
The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) will host an in-person and virtual ceremony on April 25 at 1:00 PM ET.
There will also a Workers Memorial Expo on April 24 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET at the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, DC to allow in-person connection with Department of Labor agencies, alliances, labor unions, and other exhibitors.
